The Weightlifter’s Flow

  • Down dog: three breaths
  • Open lunge twist: five breaths
  • Plank: one breath
  • Cobra: five breaths
  • Down dog: one breath
  • Reverse warrior: eight breaths
  • Down dog: one breath
  • Upward dog down dog flow: three times
