Because her series has become so popular, Halle has created “Phit Talks” where she answers questions from her followers with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas. Halle answered questions about her diet, and we found this one to be the most interesting: “Do you drink wine or any other alcohol? How does that work on the keto diet and being diabetic?”
