I’ve hated running for as long as I can remember. Mile day was the worst day in gym class, and I was always last in the 50-yard dash. As I got older, I discovered there were lots of ways I liked to be active — tennis, indoor cycling, and Pilates to name a few. Running just wasn’t my thing. But my friends have become obsessed with Barry’s Bootcamp, and unless I want to spend all my time on weights (spoiler alert: I do not), I’ve got to start learning how to run. I’ve been training myself for the last couple of weeks, and I have to tell you, I’ve gotten better! I couldn’t believe it, and it would never have happened without these 14 products.
